Stood there for 10mins and then realized that we were standing at the wrong one.

Then when we we’re getting off the second flight they told us the wrong baggage claim number. It would be nice to know why a flight is delayed. The second flight was delayed an hour and once again didn’t know why. First one was delayed 30mins, no one told us why. So the last two weeks I’ve had three flight with frontier. Save yourself the headache, debt and stress. This is by far the worst airline, customer support, app, service you could use. This entire experience (our honeymoon) was then completely shifted because we needed to buy tickets that day at the airport (for a huge markup). When we became upset over this the frontier employee cancelled our flights on the spot, told us we couldn’t talk to a manager, informed us we were not getting our money back and hung up on us. We waiting on hold until an hour and a half before the flight before being told by a frontier employee that the flight was canceled (months ago) but the day before was told it was still active and to come to the airport. We were nervous so we began to contact Frontiers customer support. We were told by airport employees that the flight was still on and that frontier should be at the desk anywhere from 1 1/2 hours to 2 hours before the flight. We arrived to the airport and nobody was at the frontier desk. They told us this happens a lot, that the flight was still on and to show up to the airport at least 3 hours early to check in. Tried to check into our flights the day before leaving, the app wouldn’t allow it so we contacted Frontier Airline customer support. But they are well worth the wait to be treated like a valued customer. Frontier only flys to my destination a couple days a week. I was originally booked with them, but finally cancelled and will get to my destination a little later than I wanted to just so I can use Frontier. Those 2 airlines do not treat customers with disabilities well. My dog has flown over 20 times with no problem on any other airline. It was so bad I ate the cost of the flight, and booked with Frontier. As an added piece of info Alaska and Alegiant were the first 2 airlines to put me through the ringer when traveling with my well trained service dog. Even when you have to cancel they give you a credit to use later no matter which fare you book. I’ve used them 10 times now and they are by far my favorite. For the record I’ve flown almost every domestic airline, and given the choice I’d use Frontier as my 1st choice. The staff is friendly, and the plane is clean. They processed my service dog papers in 24 hours.
